Osamu Kogure is a young man who has recently been released from prison and is struggling to make ends meet, living in an abandoned house and taking on various menial jobs to survive. His life takes a dark turn when his former prison senior, Inui, arrives and begins to exert control over him. Inui forces Osamu to disclose the whereabouts of his former girlfriend, Koyuki, and subsequently kidnaps, assaults, and sexually abuses her. Things spiral further when Inui's planned robbery goes awry, leading to Osamu losing his left arm in the chaos. Koyuki then takes him to a doctor connected to the yakuza, who administers an experimental treatment. This procedure regenerates Osamu's arm, but it transforms into a monstrous, beast-like hand, causing him to lose self-control. Despite these hardships, Osamu and Koyuki attempt to forge a new life together. However, their troubled past continues to haunt them, threatening to derail their hopes for a fresh start.
