Stéphanie, an Internal Affairs police officer, is tasked with investigating a case involving a young man who sustained severe injuries amid a tumultuous and volatile protest in Paris. Although her investigation uncovers no signs of misconduct or excessive use of force by the police, the case becomes deeply personal when she learns that the victim hails from her hometown.
