Maya, a dedicated physiotherapist in her forties, moves to the UK following a painful divorce and the heartbreak of infertility. Residing with her supportive aunt Ammu, she becomes emotionally withdrawn, dedicating herself fully to her work to cope with her pain. Her life takes a new turn when she begins treating Mahesh, a resilient sixty-year-old Marathi man recovering from a serious fracture. Initially resistant and guarded, Mahesh agrees to physiotherapy after his son Siddharth, a hopeful widower and devoted father, intervenes. As their sessions develop, Mahesh’s inner vulnerabilities surface, and Maya finds herself saving his life on two separate occasions. Amidst their shared experiences of loneliness, a quiet connection blossoms. Meanwhile, Maya also finds herself increasingly drawn to Siddharth’s compassionate and warm-hearted nature, adding new dimensions to her emotional journey.
