During a covert operation in Niger, French intelligence agent Mata is wounded and loses sight of her colleague Antoine, who is captured during the mission. Upon returning home, she volunteers for a counter-espionage assignment in the Alps, driven by a gut feeling that this new task could be linked to her traumatic experience in Africa.
