Arjun, a dedicated and resilient police officer, teams up with his close friend Andrew to pursue a notorious and brutal serial killer known as Bhramma, also dubbed The Smiley Man. After a relentless pursuit, they succeed in capturing Bhramma, but the victory comes at a heartbreaking price—the loss of Andrew. Devastated by the tragedy, Arjun decides to leave the police force. However, the nightmare isn't over; Bhramma manages to escape from prison and reignites his deadly rampage, plunging the community into chaos once again.
